機(jī)器的機(jī)電一體化得到了完美的表現(xiàn)。

灌裝頭部：自動(dòng)定位桶口灌裝，裝嘴下部有接液斗，防止物料滴漏。

開蓋、旋蓋部：不損蓋、不傷蓋、緊蓋密封程度高。

測漏部：對旋緊蓋后的桶口進(jìn)行測漏，判斷桶蓋是否旋緊。不合格報(bào)警。

        This machine is specially designed for 50-300kg liquid barrel packaging. It is equipped with a visual window, automatic lifting and sliding door, automatic barrel feeding, sliding door opening and closing, automatic identification of barrel opening, automatic lid opening, automatic filling and automatic rotation. Threaded cap and leak detection, automatic waterproof cap (optional), automatic out of the barrel.This machine adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) to control, touch screen operation. Frequency conversion governor, strong control ability, high degree of automation, using special devices, no filling without barrels, no filling if the barrel mouth is not correct, et c., so that the mechanical and electrical integration of the machine has been perfectly displayed.

         Filling head: automatic positioning of the barrel mouth for filling, there is a liquid hopper at the lower part of the filling mouth to prevent material leakage.

Opening and screwing parts: no damage to the cover, no damage to the cover, and high sealing degree of the tight cover.

Leak test section: Leak test on the barrel mouth after the lid is tightened to determine whether the barrel lid is tightened. Unqualified alarm.
